1. A Closet Fit for a Queen

Stephanie’s closet is a masterpiece in itself, featuring a crystal chandelier, a large central island, and plush velvet-like carpeting. The custom scalloped upholstery benches add a touch of elegance. We were honored to make this space as functional as it is beautiful.

2. Jewelry, Sunglasses, and Accessories

Classy Closets designed custom inserts for jewelry and sunglasses, making it easy to display and access these pieces. Adjustable shelves with custom lighting added an extra layer of luxury, ensuring everything was well-lit and visible.

3. Showcasing Stephanie’s Signature Western Style

Stephanie is a true Western girl, and her collection of cowgirl hats and boots needed to be displayed accordingly.

• Acrylic hat stands were used to lift and highlight her hats rather than having them lay flat.

• A dedicated shelving section was created for her cowgirl boots, including pairs made from repurposed designer handbags.

• Her beautiful handbag collection was backlit to highlight different colors, textures, and styles.

4. Keeping Handbags Structured & Organized

To maintain the shape and beauty of her designer handbags, we used silk pillow stuffers and inflatable purse pillows. Additional acrylic bookends and a clutch organizer were added to keep her wallets and smaller bags upright and neatly arranged.

5. Maximizing Space & Allowing for Growth

Though Stephanie will continue to add to her collection, we ensured the closet still had room for future pieces.

• Louis Vuitton boxes were placed above the purse section.

• Beautiful Kiva bins with silver bin clips were used above the hats to add a decorative yet functional touch.

6. Curating Her Bucks Memorabilia & Apparel

Since Stephanie’s husband played for the Bucks for years, she had an impressive collection of team gear and memorabilia. We categorized and color-coded all Bucks-related clothing, ensuring every item was easy to find.

7. Hanging Clothes with the Reset Your Nest Method

Stephanie preferred everything to be hung rather than folded. We used slim wood hangers and wood skirt hangers. We used our signature method:

• Categorized clothing by type.

• Arranged each category from light to dark.

• Ensured patterns and florals were placed based on their dominant color.

• Included long-hanging dresses in their own section.

8. Luggage Storage

A dedicated space at the bottom of her closet was set aside for luggage, making it easy to pack for her travels. Stephanie is travelling all the time, so having a designated space for her suitcases that are easy to access was very important to her. She can use the island as a space to prep her travel things and easily pack her suitcase.

9. Creating an Intentional Shoe Flow

Organizing her extensive shoe collection took careful planning. We considered access and frequency of use, arranging them from light to dark in groups such as:

• Nike sneakers

• Style sneakers

• Slippers

• Flats

• Sandals

• High heels

• Ankle boots

• Cowgirl boots (using shapers for structure)

10. In-Closet Laundry

Stephanie’s closet even includes a small laundry room! To keep it as functional as possible we decanted detergent into stylish containers and organized dryer balls and essential laundry supplies in beautiful and accessible containers.
