How many of you out there are fans of The Bachelor? It's been a guilty pleasure of mine off and on in my life and I did happen to catch Michelle Money on the show in season 15. I loved watching her! She definitely kept the show entertaining and I was disappointed when she was sent home! So you can imagine how excited I was when Michelle Money reached out to me to organize her home, specifically her pantry and kitchen!
Modern Pantry Storage
Michelle Money lives in a beautiful home nestled in the foothills of Utah's beautiful mountains. The design of the home is modern and minimalistic, so we definitely kept that in mind when choosing containers for this space with Michelle. She was so fun to work with. She really caught the organizing bug and purged everything they weren't using or eating, and the end result is this bright, airy, and modern-looking pantry with ample room (and some to spare) for Michelle, her boyfriend, and their kids.

Where to Start With Pantry Organization
Can you even believe this is the same space? We got started by pulling everything out. Then, we wiped everything down, donated expired and unwanted food, and started categorizing. These black metal baskets are the star of the show in this pantry and really give it the modern look Michelle was wanting. There's a breakfast basket, a snack basket, and a basket for fresh produce.

Some items were moved into Michelle's kitchen (which you'll get to see next week), but what was put back in here was done so with intention. This space became so much more functional for this great family. And we love how chic everything looks!

Baskets for Pantry Organization
We love using turntable trays in corners, and this one holds all her spreads right next to her breadbasket. We used these white bins with handles from The Container Store for this snack section underneath the window. Michelle wanted the top shelf to put groceries on when she comes in from the store, which we thought was brilliant.

Wire baskets from Target were used to store bread, rice, tuna, and soup. We used white bins again to contain some baking items and our favorite OXO pop-tops for the rest. And can you spot those empty bins in the picture above? Michelle hadn't been grocery shopping in a while and knew she would have more food to store in the pantry soon, and we didn't want to leave her hanging.
We loved working on this space. Such a modern look was a new challenge for us and we love how it turned out. And meeting and working with Michelle Money was fantastic. She's authentic and genuine and incredibly kind. Now tell me your favorite Bachelor contestant!
