I am so excited to introduce the newest member of our executive team, Twisha Shah-Brandenburg. Twisha joined Reset Your Nest in October 2022 and will be responsible for driving growth and defining and creating branded experiences for our double-sided network of clients and organizers.
Reset Your Nest is Growing!
I am thrilled about the caliber of talent we are attracting at every level of the organization. In 2022, we have expanded to Utah County and Washington County regions and now have over 50 amazing trained professional organizers. With every announcement this year, we get one step closer to building the company I have dreamed of for years- one that helps more women make livable wages while also helping the families we serve live better, happier, productive, and more organized lives.
Empowering Our Team of Women
As we prepare for growth in 2023, we were looking for a strategic leader who would understand and champion our mission while deeply connecting with the skills and design choices that make organizing a professional trade. Hiring an experienced designer with an eye for beauty and a love for order made Twisha our ideal candidate. I’m thrilled to share a little more about her background and welcome her to our team.
Meet Twisha
Twisha is an immigrant who moved from Mumbai to Chicago two decades ago. She is a self-professed organization nut with a brand guide for every room in her home.
In her past roles, she loved leading people (in organizations) in their journeys to answer the question of who they wanted to be next. Whether this was redesigning their app with Venmo or scaling across markets as she did at BMW. She has a 20+ year career in setting visions and leading organizations through change.
Her toolkit combines all her passions, story-telling, co-creation, and solving complex problems that unlock new audiences and revenue opportunities for organizations at scale.
She is married to a fellow designer and is co-raising their daughter to create user journeys and articulate life's questions through them. When not at work or home, Twisha teaches at Depaul University and Illinois Institute of Technology, makes art, travels, and empowers young people to find their voice and make space for their dreams.

And of course, what all of this means for clients is that we are continuing to improve every day. I’m so proud of the transformative experiences we deliver when we come into a client's home. With Twisha’s leadership, I know we will be able to scale the Reset Your Nest method and experience beyond Utah. I am also excited to help clients have just as positive of experiences throughout the entire process as they do on the day of their project.
